Brain-Computer Interface Will Make People Telepathic, Scientists Say

They are not talking about reading your messages anymore. They are talking about reading your thoughts.

This 2019 feature from The Independent reports on a Royal Society study with a startling forecast: neural interfaces — brain wired to computer through AI — that let people read one another’s thoughts. By 2040, the report says, this could be an “established option.” People conversing not only without speaking but without words, trading thoughts and even senses brain to brain — a “neural postcard” of what you see, hear, and taste, beamed into someone else’s mind.

Neuralink’s threads. A Facebook headset that turns thought into text on a screen. Elon Musk’s own warning that without merging with AI humanity becomes the house cat — so his answer is to add “an AI layer” to the mind. The report itself stops to ask the question out loud: if a chip begins making your decisions, are you still you, or are you now part-machine?

Scripture answered that question a long time ago. There is one room no man was ever meant to enter.

Your thoughts. The inward part. The place the Bible says only your own spirit — and the Spirit of God — can read. The Kingdom of God is within you; so is the secret place where you meet Him. Telepathy is not a new wonder. It is an old fence being torn down — the last private room in a human being pried open and wired to a machine, and through the machine, to whoever owns the machine.

Man was made to be known fully by God and to keep his own counsel before men. A world that can read every thought has not become more connected — it has lost the last place a soul could be alone with its Maker. Weigh what you are being offered. The signs are all around us.
