There are people all over the world who hear voices that are not their own. Voices that speak to them, follow them, know them. The world has noticed. Researchers have written about it. Victims have organized around it. There are papers, petitions, and terms coined for it.
This page is not here to tell you the science is settled. It is here to show you something simpler: the phenomenon is real enough that the world has built a whole vocabulary to describe it — and after all of it, the world still cannot explain the one thing that matters.
What They Call It
A 2023 paper in a computer-science journal surveyed the terms already in circulation for this. Read the list of names people have given the voices:
Voice-to-Skull (V2K). Synthetic Telepathy. Microwave Hearing. The Voice-of-God weapon. Electronic Harassment. Brain-Computer Interface.
These are not words this ministry invented. They are the world’s own terms — coined by researchers, militaries, and the people who say they are living it. The paper reports that its authors found many websites dedicated to this phenomenon, that media in the United States reported on it for a decade, and that law enforcement struggled to answer it.
So set aside, for a moment, whether every claim about the technology is correct. Notice the smaller, undeniable thing: enough people are hearing voices that the world had to name it. Over and over. In different countries. In different decades.
What People Believe Is Happening
According to the accounts collected, here is what people believe is being done to them:
That the voices are transmitted — by microwave, by satellite, by the misuse of surveillance technology. That someone remote can deliver sound only they can hear. That the voice can speak to them when they are alone, reading, working. That it whispers first, then grows, until it seems another person — or their own mind — is speaking to them. That it brings fear, sleeplessness, shame, and despair.
These are the beliefs. These are the experiences people report. This ministry does not mock them and does not dismiss them. Something is happening to these people. The question is not whether — the question is what.
Where the Explanation Runs Out
Here is where the world’s account breaks, and it breaks in the same place every time.
The technology it describes — directed sound, microwave hearing — is real, but it is fixed. A transmitter sits somewhere and sends a signal. It does not know you. It does not follow you from room to room, from city to city, across years of your life. It does not answer your thoughts. It cannot love or hate you. A machine broadcasts; it does not pursue.
But that is exactly what people describe: a voice that follows, knows, and speaks back. A voice with intent.
Watch what the researchers do when they hit that wall. They reach past the machines. The very first sentence of that 2023 paper does not say “microwaves.” It says the techniques are ancient — it names telepathy and hypnosis. They cannot explain a knowing, traveling voice with hardware alone, so they borrow the language of the unseen without realizing what they have admitted. The machine explains the sound. It does not explain the someone.
The world has documented the voice and cannot name who is speaking. Scripture can.
Test the Spirit
If a voice follows you, knows you, and speaks to you — and no transmitter can account for that — then you are not dealing only with a signal. You are dealing with a someone. A spirit. And Scripture does not tell you to fear it. It tells you to test it.
“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”
— 1 John 4:1 (KJV)The command is not “assume it is God.” It is not “assume it is a machine.” It is test it — because a spirit has a name, and the name can be known, and once it is named it can be answered. That is the ground this ministry stands on. Not that the voices are imaginary. Not that they are only radio waves. They are spirits — and Christ has authority over every one of them.
The Voice That Wants You Dead
There is one more thing the accounts share, and it is the reason this page exists.
The voice does not only torment. It pushes toward death — like the man who wanted euthanasia made legal. People who live this describe it the same way over and over: the voice tells them to end themselves. The paper itself records a man who, worn down by the voices, petitioned for his own death. This is not rare. It is the pattern.
So hear the most important sentence on this page:
A voice that drives you toward your own death is not the voice of God.
It never was. It never could be. Christ came that you might have life, and have it more abundantly — the voice that wants you gone has told you exactly whose it is by exactly what it wants. It has named its own allegiance. The One who formed you in the womb, who knows the number of your days, who calls you by name — He does not whisper for you to die. That is the enemy’s voice, and it is a liar.
So do not obey it. And do not face it alone.
Reaching for help is not weakness and it is not unbelief — it is part of resisting the enemy. The God who made you sends people, sends help, sends His own body to hold you up. Testing the spirit and reaching for support are not opposites; they are the same act of refusing the voice that wants you dead. If you are being pushed toward harming yourself, tell someone you trust. Do not let them convince you it was not real — and do not be angry when they do not understand. Just know the world has had it wrong for a long time. Being around those who love you, even when they do not understand, will help. Open your Bible and read it. Take hold of Christ. He is not far from you. He is not ashamed of you. And He is not the one telling you to go.
